To begin with, I want to make it clear that I have no financial ties with any of the coaches in this post. Apart from a brief conversation with Tom Torero back in 2019, I have never had any other interactions with the coaches on this list—they don’t know me, nor do they care about me. However, I believe their work has the capability to help men improve their dating lives.

Dj “Darren” Fuji

American-born Asian dating coach Dj Fuji released several 21 Convention speeches during the early 2010s that effectively outlined the basic concepts necessary for success in dating and PUA (Pick-Up Artistry). His advice was straightforward at the time, but it was solid. The reason he didn’t become more mainstream was that he was displaced by less reputable marketers in the space, such as John Anthony, David D’Angelo, Yad, Adam Lyons, and Tom Torero. These individuals likely overtook him because they were more in tune with dishonest, abhorrent marketing techniques and were willing to deceive their audience; for example, Adam Lyons with his “I’ve never been rejected” quip or Tom Torero’s fake kiss closes serve as examples. These marketers dominated the high-ticket sales to individuals who bought into their marketing narratives, but ultimately, it worked to their detriment. In the end, honest coaches frequently get consumed by the dishonest ones, as the latter often utilize fake lay reports, ridiculous marketing, and sweeping statements like “looks don’t matter” or “money doesn’t matter.” The reality is that all these factors do matter to varying degrees, but marketers downplay them in an attempt to upsell their nonsense. The result? Honest coaches struggle against the bullshitters in most aspects of the “self-help” industry.

Why Do I Recommend Him? Because his speeches actually outlined what was required to improve in the dating world. Unlike many during that era, like Adam Lyons, Gambler, and Ross Jeffries, who posted non-quintessential nonsense, Dj Fuji was at least honest about what pickup entailed. His advice was not overly complicated; in fact, it was quite basic—find wingmen who approach a lot, have good photographs, open many sets, lose weight, dress well, etc. When I first heard this advice in 2014, it went over my head, and I didn’t take any action. Again, good advice is not enough; taking action repeatedly is the most important thing. However, I think Dj Fuji outlined the core fundamentals quite well, which many beginners and intermediates often lack.

Nick Krauser

I confess I’ve probably read 6 out of 7 of his books and really enjoy his work. His book “Balls Deep,” despite having a ridiculous title, was actually a deep read (no pun intended) and described the difficult transition from regular life to daygame—his first daygame sexual encounters, the mental battle with divorce. All in all, it was an inspiring read to see a regular Joe in his mid-30s dominate the dating game. His journey from being divorced to hooking up with Uzbek models in the span of a couple of years is an inspiring story, regardless of whether you agree with his personality traits, which may come off as excessively right-wing to some.

Why Isn’t He Bigger? Well, he’s honest, which again might be detrimental to his marketing. A common flaw among many dating coaches is their honesty; they showcase a lot of the bad dates and last-minute resistance (LMR) they encounter, and as a result, this can put potential clients off from seeking coaching from them or implementing their ideas. Visually, he isn’t the most marketable character, which probably works against him, along with his right-wing political beliefs that might alienate some of his audience. However, I’ve always seen him as one of the most honest characters in the business. With numerous free podcasts available, alongside good interviews with Tom Torero, he certainly has the experience deserving of a bigger following that never quite grew to the heights it probably deserved. Either way, his interviews and books provide great insights into how an ex-divorced man became successful at dating—how he picked himself up from the mental battle and pushed through to become a better person.

Why Do I Recommend Him? Simple—he offers a realistic vision of the daygame model, a true OG day gamer who doesn’t sugarcoat it. A more honest version of Tom Torero, even though Torero had the acclaim, it was Krauser who fundamentally showcased a more genuine conviction regarding dating, sex, and relationships, emphasizing sexual market value (SMV).

I don’t know much about this guy. However, for a man in his 30s/40s who’s bald and from Newcastle, his blog does help those who are older and looking for inspiration in the dating game. He is a man who leads by example and frequently blogs about the advantages and disadvantages of dating when you’re older. He deserves a lot more praise than he currently receives. Similar to Dj Fuji, I don’t think he gets the attention he deserves, possibly because he’s not making outrageous claims all the time. He’s from Newcastle, which proves he isn’t perfect, but nonetheless, I’d recommend him for all beginners, especially if you’re in your 30s.

Alex León

There’s a lot not to like about this guy; I don’t think he’s honest about the impact of wealth and money on dating. However, I believe he offers genuinely good advice regarding social media, and he is the most current coach in that regard. For this alone, he deserves some recognition. A student of James Marshall and heavily influenced by 21 Convention speaker Liam McRae, Alex León left The Natural Lifestyles to establish his own PUA coaching business alongside Liam, specializing in social circle and Instagram game—a good example for guys with weak social media influences. His Instagram was recently deleted, so he has become a target of cancellation from Meta, along with many controversial videos on YouTube that have been removed.

James Marshall

To this day, I believe he has the best 21 Convention speeches that had a powerful impact on me. For beginners, intermediates, and advanced learners, there’s something for everyone. He is a wise man, someone who provides great inner game advice and has built up a reputation over decades as one of the all-time greats. Collaborating with the likes of Liam McRae and Alex León back in the day, I still consider him one of the greatest dating coaches of all time. Although he may not have the same aura he did back in 2017/2018, in my opinion, he remains one of the finest in the field. Watching his free 21 Convention speeches alone is an excellent starting point.

He possesses decades of experience and knows what he’s talking about; it’s easy to see. He also has experience across numerous countries, including Eastern Europe and Australia, collaborating with Anthony Dream Johnson, Sasha Daygame, and forming business relationships with Liam McRae and Alex León. He has faced his share of controversy, particularly concerning dating coach John Anthony Lifestyles—a beef that extended over several years.

Where to Find Him:

Liam McRae

Australian dating coach Liam McRae was extremely popular during the heyday from 2015 to 2020, before drifting into a remote lifestyle away from YouTube. He wrote some successful books on rapid escalation, Tinder success stories, etc. Based in Budapest with James Marshall, he became a three-time 21 Convention speaker before requesting the removal of his videos from YouTube and deleting all his content from The Natural Lifestyles YouTube channel. Perhaps he feared facing public backlash. He has been routinely criticized by another one of my favorite dating coaches, Nick Krauser, but I still hold a great appreciation for both. Liam has a solid understanding of fashion, finance, and social media, and I believe his mentorship can genuinely help people get the most out of their dating lives.

He still conducts business today through Alex León, but it’s much harder to get hold of him.

Tom Torero

The only deceased person on this list, but he deserves to be mentioned. He was not perfect by any means and had a history of scamming people with ridiculous fake infields and questionable marketing choices. However, his podcasts can still be downloaded for free or via Torrent. He remains the most marketable dating coach, with his blog posts garnering the most views on this website—only surpassed by James Marshall. Despite being dead for nearly five years, he still has global pull and good advice for beginners . He was still an Oxbridge grad an intelligent person having worked as a high school teacher and travelled the world coaching clients- he brought an incredible amount of wealth and experience in his podcasts which are available for free- majority of his books can be utorrented.
