Examples of Pick Up artists who were Ethnic Minorities that Succeeded in Dating
After reading a few threads on PUA forums that were made from certain “ethnic minority” posters claiming that dating “white girls” is hard as a minority i decided to challenge that viewpoint – the goal of this post is to create genuine real examples of ethnic minorities that rose above all odds to succeed whilst offering a balanced view with the struggles that “white” dating coaches have faced too – trying to create objective balanced arguments, some valid case studies and constructive critics for both sides instead of turning to victim hood or situational bias i’ll try my best.
Simple Pickup
When i began my pickup journey in 2013 the “puas” that i idolised the most were from Simple pickup – Kong Pham who was seen as the main leader of simple pickup was born to working class immigrants from Vietnam, at the same time Jesse was born to Indian immigrants and Jason was half Japanese – by definition they fit the stereotype of sons’ of first generation immigrant families but accumulated millions of YouTube views from hilarious cold approach videos with their business “project go” a series of instructional videos being one of the primary modes of income- this “online video course selling” managed to go viral and accumulate massive sales making all three millionaires seemingly overnight . They set the precedent both in pick up and in business- no longer did business involve opening up a store or numerous other sunk costs -one could accumulate sales through instructional videos instead with no need to distribute any real life products . It was the first business of its kind and many others were soon to follow in its footsteps.
These are prime examples of ethnic minorities that took the game by storm. Arguably- Simple Pickup- in Kong, Jason and Jessie had the biggest impact that a collective group of pickup artists could have had and they were three dorky Asians who still got laid a lot and had many successful infields – do i think they are “prime daygame ability” no – not at all but they proved even a short podgy Asian with shitty conversation skills could still close and get results. Their entrepreneurship success provided a catalyst even outside of the seduction realm which few puas/seducers really managing to reach beyond their specific niche. Ever imagine Tom Torero or Nick Krauser getting on NBC news or selling millions of dollars worth of product? Unlikely- they were well received and an inspiration to me personally. Now most reading this blog won’t like their silly game style and might find that these obnoxious lines would more so work on more liberal American women rather than serious Russian/Eastern European/conservative women but they showed that even with major disabilities the confidence to just go and talk to women could glen results. For people that say “immigrants” or “ethnic minorities” can’t do well in daygame well Simple pickup was entirely made from second generation immigrants and they took the world by storm and despite their disadvantages still built a huge business and got laid.
Yad
Iranian/Kurdish and a fat fuck yet he still got laid from daygame- Yad’s notable successes included his famous kiss close infield that seemingly went viral and created a name for himself in the pickup world – he retired in 2023 but had an enticing career spanning some 15 years in the pickup game around California and London . The man had every disadvantage you could think of, short , fat and with boobs bigger than your girlfriend’s , Kurdish and Iranian but still seemingly succeeded to create a legacy for himself . He made appearances in several pickup books most notably Nick Krauser’s Autobiography “ Balls Deep” in which he is praised for having a strong vibe and work ethic. Yad went on to become a 21 convention speaker as well as making his own business “daygame.com” with Andy Yoshida all in all cementing his legacy as one of the “goats” despite literally looking like a goat .
Roosh V
Half Iranian/Half white – Roosh V seemingly had an illustrious career in pickup- despite a lot of tumultuous political articles written about him regarding his right wing conservative views including a petition to ban him from Scotland due to his views on feminism . Roosh V’s influence lives on today with the Roosh V forums still active at the time of writing this article – in fact along with So Suave , Kill your inner loser forums and the skilled seducer forums its one of the last remaining active men’s seduction forums on the web. Despite Roosh V seemingly retiring from the pickup scene to commit to Christianity his legacy lives on whether he likes it or not. Still Receiving praise to this day and inspiring many to approach women- despite Roosh v speaking out against pickup itself now.

Tony Solo From The Natural Lifestyles
The first “ethnic minority” coach in the natural lifestyles -Tony made a name for himself with his enticing clickbait videos , he coached under James Marshall in Budapest for around 4 years. He is Short and African American but ended married to an attractive tall woman – proof that limitations like height and race are only in one’s heads . Tony had a relentless work ethic as documented by Liam Mcrae and James Marshall , doing a lot of sets obsessively in Budapest whilst TNL was based there. He then left tnl and deleted his YouTube channel but he seems to be currently married at the time of writing. A success story for an African American who spent the bulk of his daygame career wondering the streets of Eastern Europe and coaching men daygame – i’d say his content was genuinely good but he seemed to be a little too intense when teaching for my liking.
Tom Torero Documentary – Full Of Ethnic Minorities being Successful
Tom Torero had numerous wingmen of Asian ancestry most notably the likes of Turkish who appeared on his daygame documentary- who had several interviews with Tom discussing his successes and also went on numerous daygame trips with Tom to other countries including Ukraine .
Tom did interviews with numerous asians ethnic minorities including a middle eastern daygamer living in Sweden. In his documentary based in Singapore and London he documented numerous South Asians who had success gaming in there – both cities which were full of high smv men/ wealthy with plenty of competition. – With infield included in this documentary of women hooking and being receptive – seeing their transformations was definitely inspiring and showed that confidence could go a long despite potential “flaws”
Dj Fuji
A 4 time 21 convention speaker , an example of short asian man who had earned a great of recognition for his influence in the game especially in the early years of the 21 convention. His slick dress and keen eye for style in addition to his charismatic stage presence made him a hit with Anthony Dream Johnson’s 21 convention notching an impressive 400k views across all 4 speeches – to be honest i think he deserved a lot more than others who spoke at the convention – if Richard La Ruina can rack up 1 million views for his half assed marketing then I believe DJ Fuji deserves at least to match that. But great pickup content doesn’t necessarily beat flashy marketing hence why people like Michael Sartain and Richard Cooper get more views than the likes of Tom Torero and Nick Krauser. I think overall DJ Fuji’s 21 convention speeches were very impactful to me personally even though at the time of hearing them at aged 20 It was too much information for me to process. When you’re young good advice can be easily ignored- looking back when i rewatched the speeches i realised there was a lot of valuable content there that had I simply taken on board properly at the very beginning of my seduction journey maybe a few of the “maybes” and near misses i experienced in the early years would’ve turned into successes. But you need experience to “realise” that the good advice that was given to you in the past was actually good advice at least that’s one positive way to look at it.
PUA and Ethnic minorities in the UK.
At school and growing up my family didn’t really integrate well into the UK – my oldest brother made little effort to integrate into UK society and struggled to make friends both at highschool and at university. As for my parents they were working abroad the majority of time in the US and were just happy to make friends with their own race rather than meet others outside their comfort zone. Human’s naturally want to be with their own ethnicity and i get that,the problem being during my childhood I lived as a recluse between 2006-2011 which paved the way for a life of low self esteem and basically frigidness. I didn’t see the value when i was young in being social and making connections with others. I always felt shy to communicate with other races and make bonds outside my work/ uni or school life. Until i did daygame which opened up a pandoras box and i realised the actual importance of socialising and building connections. I also realised that my past life growing up and being addicted to video games/pornography and not being social had come to roost in my shit dating life at uni and i had no idea how to navigate the world when it came to making friends on my own two feet. Did being an ethnic minority contribute to this? Most likely no-but I guess it was more so that my parents got so comfortable with their own lives that they saw no need to integrate, make new social connections or meet new people from ethnicities other than their own – this could be see as a problem with immigration – the fact that people recreate their own “Mini world” in the country they go to sets a bad president and could be why the PUA community in the UK is usually majority ethnic minorities- maybe these guys got socially isolated from a young age because their parents didn’t bother to integrate or make effort like mine did? It’s a thought and not an outrageous suggestion.
When i started out my “pua journey” in 2014 living in Manchester the head of the sarge group was of Pakistani origin and his “number 2” was a Chinese Malaysian – but the majority of those running the game back there were actually white – when i moved back to London in 2017 I saw the PUA scene was pretty full of ethnic minority second generation Ghanians, Bengali, Pakistanis , Indians, Eastern Europeans but still a good sort of 20 percent or so European – Spanish, Italian mostly. It was clear ethnic minorities had it a lil tougher as they made the bulk of pua meetups – even my Sasha Daygame meetup i attended in 2017 was majority Benglai, Eastern European and Indians – when i went to Tom Torero’s 2019 meetup most the people i met there were of South Asian ancestry too.
In fact when i started hitting the streets in late 2017 almost all my wingmen were exclusively South East Asian – Pakistani, Indian, Bengali – there was no choice but to go out with them or make do with approaching alone which i was horrific at when i first started out- in fact 2 of my very first wingmen actually drove in from Luton to London on the weekends to run game- Despite the “disadvantage” of being “foreign” they did see some results – in-spite of this crop of wingmen being fairly low smv they still persisted in the approaches and got laid. A lot of the poorer cities in the UK can have big percentages of south asians like Luton which are just basically poor shitholes. For people’s dating life these places can lack the footflow and the quality which therefore makes traveling into London to game an enticing prospect.
My first major wings were variable smv wise – 3 south asians with plain jane lives two of which were from London they networked me with another Indian who was tall and had good game – the results were mixed but not awful – then after i met a Indian investment banker on the now defunct Simple Pickup forums – he had a decent work ethic despite being short and Indian he still got laid with Russians and Japanese women from daygame – i also saw had a instant date with a hot English woman in her mid 20s and make out with her when he himself was in his 40s . The limiting beliefs were going away and this was at the beginning of 2018 a time when online dating was gaining popularity. I still saw daygame as a hack for ethnic minorities like myself to get some piece of the dating pie.
Into the mid 2018s when i finally got some dating results i saw ethnic daygamers really hit to it like a duck to water with a Ghanian wing of mine nabbing some impressive Korean and Kahzakstani lays – these are lays traditionally homogenous societies which typically aren’t very pro “dating outside your own race” but still my wings were getting lays from them. I moved on and found some “higher tier” Indians and Iranians who also got results with Russian stunners from central London and Knightsbridge respectively . Also in mid 2018 one of my best wingmen was a Hong Konger who worked in London – he took to daygame like a duck to water having sex with numerous hot women on the street.
Race and race alone meant borderline nothing- however I can understand that certain people might feel discriminated against- i had a polish wing who got blown and called a “plumber” by an English girl – i also had Indian and Pakistani wings that did struggle to adapt at times, but overriding smv trumps all. My Ghanian wing ran his own business, was handsome and muscular hence his smv really was genuinely good- the Indians i met in the mid 2019s doing daygame were still tall handsome and hardworking when it came to running daygame they were also immaculately dressed. The age old emphasis of focus on what you can control – i can’t control my ethnicity or how other women interpret my ethnicity what i can control is the number of approaches i do and almost all other aspects of my SMV luckily thanks to being born and raised in London . I know enough from proof watching the success of Simple Pickup , Yad and Dj Fuji that there is evidence that with enough hard-work people can get success- you only need a few “yes girls” across a few 100 approaches to make it all worth it
Certain women might have discriminated against me but i don’t really know that and if i don’t really know what they are thinking at the time i can’t draw a real accurate conclusion . Majority of the time i don’t think many people cared about my “race” except maybe a couple of occasion when approaching Christian women in London i thought their responses were particularly bland overall and they didn’t seem to hook well and would like at me as potentially being “muslim” ( even though I’m atheist through and through physically I could give off the impression that I’m religious with my facial hair and brown skin) All in all i said before it’s not worth thinking about – everyone discriminates – there are certain races of women that i also never want to date purely for personal preference and a lot of women have their own personal tastes and preferences . Women need to discriminate to save time , sometimes they will make the wrong judgements as will I . If Im walking down a dark alleyway and i see a black person for example i’m naturally going to be more concerned for my safety then if it was a short Asian woman. There might be many girls who’ve discriminated against me due to their tastes – thats their independent decision for every one of them there might be others who see me as “exotic” and interesting.
White Dating Coaches have had bad Run Historically
To add some balance to the argument instead of just prancing about trying to induce victim hood for being a racial minority in the UK I would fairly argue that white dating coaches have historically had a tough run facing discrimination from the media – albeit sometimes somewhat deserved.
- Johnny Berba was shadow banned by youtube – lost viewership and then committed suicided- of course not a direct correlation but he seemed to be struggling financially which could have been due to his decreasing clientele post covid as well as his loss in viewership resulting in lost revenue.
- Tom Torero was singled out by the US media by Libyan ugly fucking bitch Danya Hajjaji – although the stuff that he did made him vulnerable to being criticised by the media and being taken advantage of.
- James Tusk was routed by the media on the daily mail- maybe not as a aggressively as the others listed on here.
- Ice White and Game Global got unfairly picked on by the UK media.
- RSD Julien was attacked by the media for his aggressive pick up videos in Japan (albeit this was stupid shit for him to have done , he should never have made infield of him grabbing peoples throats and harassing beta Japanese women)
It could be argued with the exception of Roosh V that the coaches that have been “picked on” by the media were majority actually white compared to brown or black . The media backlash against simple pickup was seemingly a positive and even one at first with their CNBC documentary receiving some element of praise even in the beginning this eventually turned sour months later when a breast cancer awareness scheme made by the trio did receive media backlash with donations to said breast cancer charity that the trio were promoting cancelled as a result . Was it as much backlash as someone like Tom Torero received not so much though and no where near as negative or fatal.
When the Ethnic Minorities Fuck Up
Case Study Adnan Ahmed

Adnan Ahmed was a former PUA Artist who was meant to serve i believe around 2 years in jail for harassment charges. I then believe (i could be wrong about this) he was cleared of these charged later on. His sentencing did send shockwaves amongst the PUA community whether it would spark the beginning of the end of PUA in the UK. Firstly i think he comes across a bit autistic and clearly has a screw loose – i had a wingman who gamed in Glasgow Uni with him 4 years to the incident arising on main stream media – my wing commented on his deficiencies too so him getting convicted later on is no real surprise all things considered. A lot of these autist puas run around doing shitty daygame and then get exposed by the BBC – the media then crack down on them , i think there are a fair share of people who take cold approach too far, clearly don’t respect the women’s boundaries and cause problems for sure – these individuals are easy meat for the liberal media to swallow up because well – they can portray every pickup artist as a creepy nutcase who doesn’t know their boundaries. I’ve met my fair sure of uncalibrated puas – probably say its about 30-70 between local autistics and foreign ones , maybe it’s the inbreeding in these ethnic groups that causes them to be more autistic and therefore less socially calibrated – or their upbringing and isolation , lack of integration which then gives rise to shit social behaviours. I know my computer game addictions from age 11-21 certainly left my brain in a mangled mess and thus i had to make up for lost time. It was the shitty habits rather than me being an ethnic minority that i caused me to struggle in my dating life and i’m sure its the same for a lot of other ethnic minority individuals as well .
Conclusion
Ethnic minorities have long been part of the pick up communities successes as well as it’s failures. Thinking you can’t succeed because you are an ethnic minority is bs as long as you have the smv to match, are consistent with approaches you should do well regardless. Of course for some people pick up is harder than others and in some sets and situations being an ethnic minority to the person you’re approaching they may not have the desire for you but not every woman is going to be your cup of tea regardless in some cases being something exotic from the norm can help you . Regardless of what you think the successes of Simple Pickup, Yad, Roosh V, Dj Fuji and others listed should provide inspiration that no matter who you are you can succeed with the right work ethic and smv.
