Adam Lyons
Definitely one of the earlier marketing gurus in the pua space Adam Lyons played his pua speeches more like a psychopathic guru than anything else . Hitting the 21 convection stages hyper excitable – posing like a used second hand car salesman more than anything Lyons claimed he faced 0 rejection and had a 100 percent hit rate- if that absurdity wasn’t enough to put you off his fast paced talking in the 21 convention speeches was akin to hearing a pitch from a child requesting a new playstation 5 . His reviews for coaching were mixed but his back story did reel me in somewhat – a shy introverted nerd turned pick up artist with two wives and living comfortably in Texas with his own ranch he certainly made a quick buck off the pua hype – whether his ideas and principles really “lived on” after remains to be seen with his claim of 0 percent rejection being mocked to this day.

His success serves as a reminder that a lot of pua gurus are just wannabe salesmen who offer very little but charisma on stage to sell dreams of 0 percent rejection and audacious claims- Lyons now seems to be involved in ai and is living comfortably with two wives – the results are there in his own life whether they spread to those of his clients I highly doubt it. With mixed reviews for his bootcamps and products on dating skills review it remains unclear as to what his real skill level or coaching level actually was. Adam was certainly someone who was in the right place at the right time when it came to being a pua coach capitalising on the high ticket sales coaching hype before cashing out and moving to his ranch in Texas.
Verdict: I’d never recommend the guy or see him as a success – I believe his sort of scummy marketing techniques and obvious lying serve as a warning to others to really not to take the majority pua coaches seriously . Ironically when I was 21 hearing his material i took the kool aid and believed the hype and even tried a few lines on women i was making on with in the club. One line in particular “you look like you’re an interesting adventurous person aren’t you ” (that i took directly from his 21 speech) worked with a girl i’d made out with for about 2 minutes before the girl then clocked that it was obviously a line and saw me for the bullshiter she then blew me out and left me. After this experience i never tried “pua lines” again. I was actually a big enough dumbass to believe that this guy at that age and even try some of his nonsense techniques- never again.
Adam Lyon’s advice seems disingenuous – giving advice to check out other girls while you’re in conversation and telegraph to other women that the women you’re with is boring you and you are checking out other women in my opinion this in 95 percent of cases simply won’t work as women don’t like it when you “lose interest” in them so quickly in the first 5-10 minutes of an interaction? You need to be locking their focus and building rapport. Standing behind and tapping? As John Anthony says in the video it will most likely weird the girl out. I just can’t imagine anyone – beginner , intermediate or advanced would do well with this sort of advice. The last piece of info of getting in between two girls then ordering a drink at the bar is just seems an even worse piece of advice to give. You don’t need to be experienced to come to the conclusion that Adam Lyons is spouting shit quite clearly – a couple of 100 approaches and you will know within a minute that this sort of generic marketing that Lyons comes up with is full bs. For absolute beginners though they might fall for it and in 2014 i most certainly did – I can’t imagine how many people stumped up the cash for Adam Lyons’ course though – no wonder he has enough money to reside in a ranch in Texas.
Gareth Jones
One of the infamous “The Natural Lifestyles” coaches who was well known for his text game – I had a wing who used said guides and he said it was the real shit – I myself have not purchased his products so have no clue . He comes across charismatic in his 21 convention speeches although probably could be seen as style over substance with a lot of word salad. He is one of the few TNL coaches who never released actual infield whether that matters or not I think it somewhat does if you’re going to give out advice at least have something to back it by. He’s a well dressed well mannered man so he most likely isn’t full of shit imo.
Verdict: No real clue – I don’t know what he’s doing in his life now – I believe he still coaches for James Marshall Occasionally – i have a trusted wing who rates his text game book (which appears to be no longer sold) but i can’t vouch for it as i’ve not used it myself.
Richard La Ruina
One of the few “old g’s pua” Richard La Ruina who rose to fame thanks in part to his 21 convention speech which was the first 21 convention speech to achieve over 500k views on YouTube. However what put me off is seemingly all the negative reviews for his products and training which could be found here:

A lot of his other reviews complain about Richard’s absence on bootcamps in the prior link i posted under the Adam Lyons segment (who he collabed with a lot ) and his product reviews show a lot of complaints for excessive marketing and generic advice. When you look at what users feel from his actual purchases it appears that there are some obvious flaws in what Richard portrays- nevertheless he’s well spoken, well dressed , youthful looking despite being 41 and gets high praise in comments on his PUA speeches especially his ones for 21 convention- I remain to be unconvinced as to whether he’s the “real deal” based off the product and bootcamp reviews .
Verdict: He resides in London/Barcelona – owns his own flat in Barcelona by all means seems to be living a good life to so kudos to him . He’s married with an attractive wife and has sold his company so he’s moved on from game being a success. Although i can’t help but feel he made his money off marketing the “bulk” bootcamps with a high student to teacher ratio then rinsing them for cash before the next merry bandwagon of suckers comes along. His videos seem strange with women in bra’s sitting in the background for some reason- why? i don’t know but it seems somewhat disingenuous .
Todd Valentine
One of the more controversial individuals most notably for his association with RSD. However during my time doing daygame in 2017 -2020 he was an individual in which my wingmen looked up to a lot and to his defence gave genuine good advice on long term relationship development which was actually unique and a interesting perspective (the video has since been deleted but I give credit where its due)
But again his product reviews are mixed and at times he appears to be a physics lecturer turned PUA coach which can make him hard to follow. Often overcomplicating everything he seems quite plain Jane both in terms of appearance, fashion and his online dating guides which seem just unoriginal and average . I downloaded the system and felt he was no where near as engaging or charismatic as a Tom Torero, Krauser or a James Marshall . I just don’t see why women will be attracted to him other than his previous successes in poker. I don’t think he really articulates himself well or clearly and his ideas can be really confusing for beginners but my hyper analytical friends have enjoyed some successes from Todd so I can’t lament him completely as a “scammer”
Verdict: Neither here nor there , I remain unconvinced by his “game” but his ltr analysis was pretty spot on so I can’t say he’s a complete dunce. He remains one of the few remaining RSD members to be still making an impact and drawing an audience so there’s that bonus. His career outside of PUA has been somewhat of a success too – he’s no one trick pony akin to Johnny Berba he still has some clear skills outside of pickup especially in the poker scene
Sadia Khan
If there’s ever an example of style over substance then Sadia Khan is it. Bursting onto the scene with her non existent qualifications , a charismatic sales vocal tonne that made her sound a lot more intelligent than she actually is charging a whooping £8000 an hour to other women for a one hour coaching sessions . She then became a key note speaker at the London health optimisation summit just showing how simply being good looking and slinging generic self help phrases can propel a career. She also went on podcasts with famous YouTube celebrities such as Mike Thurston.
What ensued later on however was allegations of her sending threatening instagram voice notes to users who’d called her out on her bs whilst sometimes even calling them on instagram chat using the voice call option- seemingly bizarre behaviour . Before an allegation that she had slept with a client’s fiancé started roughly 4 days ago at the time of writing this . Despite spending the bulk of her interviews and lectures complaining about the poor etiquette of current women in todays world she was unable to really follow any of her actions with real self accountability at all. Proving to be just another self help – high ticket guruing type of individual. Look pretty , say a few colloquialisms, use your British vocal tonne to act like you’re a lot more intelligent then you actually are then seemingly enjoy the fruits of your labour through high ticket speaking events like the London Health Optimisation summit where your fandom will revel in you without really knowing why they do.
Further evidence pointed out just days later from the leaked WhatsApp messages pointing to potentially faking degree qualifications showcasing that she was never actually a qualified psychologist to begin with. She denied all claims claiming the WhatsApp messages were fake ai but further evidence suggested otherwise.
Verdict: It’s tough to see where she even bounces make from here – having voice note proof that you’ve fucked one of your client’s fiancé is a breach of trust that will be near on impossible to come back from. With a lot of videos being made of her it seems that her narcissism and fake persona has finally gotten the better of her. You either die a hero or you live long enough to be the villain 😉
